Coverage begins after a 14-day waiting period. All your policy details arrive by email, so you’ll know exactly what’s covered and when. Any condition that starts during the waiting period may be treated as pre-existing, so it’s best to enroll while your pet is healthy.
Pay your vet as usual, then upload the invoice through the app to submit your claim. Once it’s approved, you’re reimbursed by Venmo or direct deposit, usually within days. You can visit any licensed veterinarian, so there are no network restrictions.
